Every package is fully customisable, so we can adjust the vehicles, hours, pick up times and stops to suit your venue, your guests and your day. The timings shown are an example evening, and we will tailor them to yours.

Package 1: Large van (11-seater)

Best for standard group movements where guests stagger their departures. Guest count under 80.

  • Afternoon pick ups (2 hours): $300
  • Driver standby (10:00 PM to 11:00 PM): $45
  • Late night service (11:00 PM to 2:30 AM): $525
  • Total value: $870

Package 2: Dual fleet service (11-seater and Ford Custom Tourneo)

Highly recommended for 80+ guests. This ensures the venue is cleared quickly without long wait times between return trips.

  • Afternoon pick ups (2 hours, both vans): $560
  • Driver standby (10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, both vans): $90
  • Late night service (11:00 PM to 2:30 AM, both vans): $980
  • Total value: $1,630
  • Discount (15%): -$244.50

Package 3: Triple fleet service (two 11-seaters and Ford Custom Tourneo)

Our highest capacity option, for larger weddings or when you want your guests moved as quickly as possible. Subject to vehicle availability.

  • Afternoon pick ups (2 hours, all three vans): $860
  • Driver standby (10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, all three vans): $135
  • Late night service (11:00 PM to 2:30 AM, all three vans): $1,505
  • Total value: $2,500

Terms of service

  • The final load must depart the venue by 2:00 AM to conclude service by 2:30 AM.
  • Overtime beyond 2:30 AM is charged at standard hourly rates ($150 per hour for the large van, $130 per hour for the Ford Custom Tourneo).
  • A minimum spoilage and cleaning fee of $250 applies for any illness or significant mess.
  • We operate on a load and go basis to keep movements efficient. Guests heading in the same direction should depart together.
  • Fleet vehicles: Renault Master (11 passengers), a second 11-passenger van and Ford Custom Tourneo.
  • A 50% deposit is to be paid the week leading up to the wedding. The remainder is to be paid by the Sunday after, with any adjustments for earlier or later finishes.
